![]() ![]() Why argue? Just apologize for the wait, or even say "hey, I see you waiting, I'll be right with you!" Instead they get defensive and annoyed back! How is that supposed to calm a slightly disgruntled customer down? I have worked so many jobs dealing with antsy or annoyed customers, and never talked to them the way these guys talked to me in response. I understand we are in a pandemic, and everyone is stressed, but it's no excuse to disrespect your customers and get argumentative with them if they express some disappointment with waiting a considerable amount of time to be checked out. Wait staff has been rude lately, and the manager even ruder. This most recent time has affirmed that I will not be back. I used to dine here or get carry out for years quite frequently!! Even a while back, I walked in for a take out order and complimented their recent renovations they had done to the place, always respectful, friendly, and kind towards the people working here even if they're not the friendliest. ![]() I wish I could give this place 3-4 stars, but I am beyond disappointed with the customer service of this place.
